The management has been known to perform unannounced spot checks, disrupting privacy and personal space.

I loved the exceptional service from all staff including friendly housekeeping and helpful reception. The transportation was convenient as it was only a short walk from the S-Bahn and bus stop, allowing me to easily explore the city and surrounding areas. Plus, this hotel allowed me to store my luggage over the Christmas period, making my stay stress-free.

The staff at this apartment were exceptional and really made our stay enjoyable. the service was excellent throughout and the reception staff went above and beyond to help us with our requests. the location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation making it easy to get around the city. On top of that, the quality of the breakfast was really impressive and made our mornings more enjoyable.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job and reception was very accommodating. They even stored my luggage during the Christmas period. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was a short walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which allowed easy access to anywhere in the surrounding area.

The breakfast offered was of good quality, but it was quite expensive at 14€. It wasn't worth the cost to have it often.
